Excel 2007 Training: I learned more helpful tips in this class than a two-day class at NAU.

Hi Susan... Just a short note to let you know how impressed I am with your company, and how much I benefited from the Publisher training I participated in on Monday, 3/12. Although I was quite sick with the stomach flu, I couldn't leave the class to go home! The information being relayed by Suzanne was exactly what I was looking for, and the training she provided was to me was invaluable. You are very fortunate to have Suzanne on staff. Her training skills are top notch, in my book. Not only does she know her "stuff", but delivers the materials clearly and effectively and makes sure everyone understands and there are no unanswered questions before she proceeds to another "lesson". She interacts well with the class, is able to pace it so users of all experience levels benefit, and keeps the interest level high. After a less than pleasant experience with one of your "competitors" (don't worry...there IS NO competition as far as I'm concerned!!) John, The class was great! I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with at Executive Training Solutions... Very professional! Sheryl was great setting up the equipment...Our instructor Andrew was very patient in answering our questions and he even changed the last part of our lesson to accommodate our desire to learn how to create slide-shows in Flash. He is a great instructor and as with any class, left us wanting to learn more. The training at ETS was by far the best I've ever received. The content of the class was very thorough and the instructor very knowledgeable on the subject. They filled the entire class with useful information that I can use immediately. I walked out feeling the class was worth more than what I paid. I'm convinced ETS was great choice.

I completed Access database training provided by ETS at their training site in Phoenix. The instructor facilitated a pleasant learning environment and demonstrated a high level of competency. The method of training utilized step-by-step instruction, hands-on practice, and exercises. Having very minimal experience with Access, I was pleased with the pace of the course. I am more than satisfied with the training provided by ETS and recommend it for our customers as well as our staff.
