Cancellation Policy

Desktop class cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the date of class. Cancellations made less than 3 business days will be charged 100% of the class rate.

Late arrival (15 minutes) may result in your seat being given away.

ETS reserves the right to change public course content and class dates or to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. ETS will apply funds for classes it cancels to a future class.
